and manages 12 properties with 160 units of rental housing on four
sites in Oak Bluffs and Vineyard Haven.

This property has 45 units of which five are
handicapped accessible. Elders over 62 are eligible.
Hillside Village - Vineyard Haven
This property has55 units of which six are fully handicapped
accessible. Non-elderly individuals with disabilities are eligible
as well as elders over 62
Aidylberg I & II - Aidyberg Way, Oak Blluffs
This property has 10 units of which 2 are handicapped accessible.
The Margaret C. Love House - Main St. Vineyard Haven
This property has 5 units of which one is handicapped accessible.
Elders over 62 are eligible.

The Oak Bluffs Housing Rehabilitation Program administered by The
Resources Inc. (TRI) provides 15-year forgivable no-interest rehabilitation
loans to homeowners in return for renting their properties affordably.
TRI offices are located at 55 Church Street in Vineyard Haven and
can be reached at (508) 696-3285.
The Regional Housing Authority Rental Rehabilitation
Loan Program assists homeowners in rehabilitating and winterizing
properties for year-round affordable rental housing. Rental Rehabilitation
Loan applications can be downloaded from Rental Rehab Loan Application
and the terms and conditions sheet for the loan program can be downloaded
from Rental Rehab Loan Term Sheet or for more information please

The Housing Authority provides two apartments to CAC for their Transitional
Assistance Program on Martha's Vineyard. This program provides transitional
housing and support services to homeless families for up to one
year. CAC also runs homeless shelters on the Cape.
